To all the family at home, especially the immediate members of Uncle Bernie^s. Somehow I feel much sadness at this passing of life, being the last of a generation to have left us so many memories,so many new lives, makes one truly see God^s plan. We have shared so many good times, sad times, happy times together, and have been scattered around the world, but our Thomas family have given us a love of home and family that has no end, just new beginnings to pass on this love, Port Morien will always be remembered in the hearts of all who knew them. May his soul, and all the souls of the faithful departed, rest in peace, and pray for us who remain. Blessings and love to all.

God bless cousin Bernard. I knew his parents through my mother, Carmella Currie 1907-1984, who was born and raised in beautiful Port Morien. Another leaf falling from our tree.

We are so very sorry on the loss of Uncle Bernie. We had lots of fun times and were gifted lots of orange kitties making 2 little girls very happy.
In Uncle Bernie's memory we will make a donation to the Glace Bay Food Bank a very worthy and much needed service in his memory...Much love Betty Bernadette and RoseAnne
